October 2024: Small improvements & fixes
TestFlight navigation and performance have been improved, and several bugs have been fixed. New features include error messages for duplicate names and the ability to specify languages that don’t require translations
Here’s every small win we did in October 2024:
What’s New or Improved?
- Improved the TestFlight navigation and performance
- Changed the color of “In Review” to be more unique
- Updated screenshots to now support 6.9” iPhones
- We now let you know if your API key is no longer working
- Error message for a duplicate name is improved
- Translations are now cached for enhanced performance.
- You can now specify languages that don’t require translations.
- Clarified and improved the onboarding text.
What’s Fixed?
- Fixed a bug that made Helm crash when uploading certain screenshots
- We now properly handle the case when you have an In-App event already ready to be submitted
- Duplicated versions would show in the sidebar
- Releasing an app manually would not update the app’s state
- Fetching versions would fail if the version string contained unsupported characters.
- Read status of customer review now updates on refresh.
- Fixes a bug caused by a change in the data returned by the App Store versions endpoint of the App Store Connect API.
- Screenshot validation was reporting the wrong size for certain assets.
- Warning for non-alphanumeric characters in ASO view
- Smaller UI bug fixes
- Fixed a bug affecting the ”+” button in the ready-for-sale state.
- Resolved an issue with duplicate refresh buttons in the screenshots section.
- Fixed a bug preventing some toast messages from appearing.
- Added additional form validation for submissions.
